1. How do AMD Rewards game bundles work?

AMD will occasionally announce special promotions with the purchase of select AMD products. These promotions are offered exclusively through participating sellers. Sellers may be retailers/e-tailers, System Integrators, and may include OEM partners as well.

Once you purchase a select, eligible product from a participating seller, it is the responsibility of the seller to provide you with a coupon code to be used for redeeming the promotion. It is also at the discretion of the seller to determine the manner in which to issue the coupon codes. Coupon codes can be issued in various ways, including but not limited to (as examples only):
  1. Email
  2. Voucher packaged in shipping box
  3. Printed on purchase receipt
The timeframe for receiving the coupon code will also vary and is at the discretion of the seller. Always refer to the seller for information and instructions on obtaining the coupon code. For full terms and conditions of current promotions, please visit: amdrewards.com/terms.

Once you receive the coupon code from a participating seller, claim your reward by visiting www.amdrewards.com and create an account or login with your existing account. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to validate a newly created account on the AMD Rewards site. Once logged in, follow the instructions provided to exchange your coupon code for the game activation code.

Some AMD Rewards promotions require that the qualified AMD product is installed in the participant’s system and verified before the game activation code can be issued. For full terms and conditions, please visit: amdrewards.com/terms.

The verification step takes place after submitting your coupon code at amdrewards.com and is performed via the AMD Product Verification Tool downloaded to your Windows PC. After successful verification, follow the remaining onscreen instructions to obtain your game activation code and instructions on how to activate and download your game.

2. Can I buy my AMD product anywhere and get a coupon code?

4. I bought my product from a seller that doesn’t participate in AMD Rewards promotions. Can you still send me a coupon code?

No, you must purchase your eligible AMD product from a participating seller in order to receive a coupon code. Participating sellers may be retailers/e-tailers, System Integrators, or OEM partners. Not all sellers participate in AMD Rewards promotions. Check with your seller to confirm their participation prior to purchase.

5. How do I obtain my AMD coupon code?

Coupon codes are offered directly by participating sellers. Please refer to the participating seller for instructions regarding obtaining an AMD coupon code.

As examples only:
  • A participating retailer may require you to request the AMD coupon code from the cashier upon purchasing the Eligible AMD Product(s);
  • A voucher with an AMD coupon code may be inserted into the shipping box;
  • An AMD coupon code may be emailed to you after the participating retailer confirms your online purchase;
  • A participating retailer may require you to fill out an online request form after your purchase demonstrating that you purchased the Eligible AMD Product(s) from that participating retailer during the Promotion Period before providing you an AMD coupon code;
  • An AMD coupon code may be given to you on a physical coupon voucher OR it may be provided to you electronically;
  • An AMD coupon code may be provided immediately upon purchasing the Eligible AMD Product OR it may be provided at a later date as determined by the retailer.

6. What do I do once I have obtained my AMD coupon code from a participating seller?

Visit www.amdrewards.com and create an account or login with your existing account. Once logged in, follow the prompts on the screen to claim your promotion.

7. How long does it take to activate a new AMD Rewards account?

It may take up to 48 hours to validate a newly created account on the AMD Rewards site. If you have trouble with your AMD Rewards account, please submit an AMD Rewards support ticket and one of our agents will assist you.

8. How do I complete my product verification?

This verification step takes place after submitting your coupon code at www.amdrewards.com.

While logged into www.amdrewards.com on your web browser, download and run the AMD Product Verification Tool setup file on the system equipped with the qualified AMD product. Do NOT change the filename. (If using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge, please be sure to fully download the file. Do not use the “Run Installation” option from your browser.)

Once setup has completed successfully, launch the AMD Product Verification Tool to verify your AMD product.

Upon successful verification, the remaining steps to activate and download your game will be provided within web browser that is logged into the AMD Rewards site. For full terms and conditions, please visit: amdrewards.com/terms.

9. I have a qualifying AMD product, but it isn’t being detected during verification. What can I do to make sure it is correctly detected?

If you have a qualifying AMD graphics product, make sure it is installed and set as the default/primary GPU in the system before logging in to the AMD Rewards site.

If you continue to have trouble with detecting the qualifying AMD product, please submit an AMD Rewards support ticket and one of our agents will assist you.

10. I am getting the “Not Genuine” or “DNS” error message on the Product Verification Tool (PVT).

  1. When downloading, do NOT rename the PVT file.
  2. Please make sure to download and save the file completely before running it. Do NOT use the “Run Installation” option from your browser.
  3. Try downloading the PVT using a different browser.

11. I redeemed a coupon code for a game that hasn’t been released yet. When will I get my game?

The release date is determined by the game publisher. Once you have redeemed a coupon code and completed the game selection process, your game is reserved in your amdrewards.com account and will be available to activate after the game is released.

Log in to your amdrewards.com account once the game has been released, click My Rewards, and follow the instructions to Activate your game.

12. I cannot login to my Uplay account.

  1. Be sure to set your browser to accept 3rd party cookies.
  2. Clear cache and cookies in your browser.
  3. Disable any ad-blocker extensions
  4. Try a different browser

13. I completed the Activation process on amdrewards.com, but do not see the game in my Uplay library.

Option 1: If you have multiple Ubisoft accounts, please check each account to see if you may have accidentally logged in with a different account when activating your game.Option 2: Empty your Uplay cache
  1. Close the Uplay PC application
  2. Open File Explorer and navigate to the hard drive where Ubisoft Game Launcher/Uplay is installed in the Ubisoft Game Launcher/Uplay folder. (The default location is C:/Program Files(x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher.)
  3. Rename the /cache subfolder to “cachebackup”
  4. Relaunch the Uplay PC application and check if the issue still occurs.

14. I completed the Activation process on amdrewards.com, but do not see the game in my Steam library.

If you have multiple Steam accounts, please check each account to see if you may have accidentally logged in with a different account when activating your game.
